Participants who typically contend with procrastination, anxiety and cyclical depression due to feelings of inadequacy, low self-esteem and low confidence. Also, participants who are entrenched in hard to break habits, lack of focus, new performance discipline, getting started, faulty operational systems, and imbalance in life and self-care practices.

Mindful Mastery begins with an orientation session to review the boundaries of the challenge, answer questions, and set the stage for creating time and space to apply practical methods of mindfulness.
We get you acclimated to the user tools provided, spot coaching requests, and deadlines associated to daily completion and check-in.
Once the challenge officially begins, you're implementing your mindfulness practices and journaling the experience, while simultaneously engaging hard to break habits.
There are scheduled, non-mandatory Group meetings to discuss experiences with the coaches and get deeper insight into self-aware mindfulness.
Everyday check-ins help to motivate you to keep motivated and dig slightly deeper into experiencing and understanding your most authentic self. This prepares you for bigger challenges later.
By the end of the challenge, you would have experienced inner strength, confidence, and well-being on a new level you truly deserve.
